The Star Mfg 2N-11120-13 French Plate Surface Heater works on the concept of producing uniform thermal output on its 9-inch diameter surface, enabling even heat distribution when performing cooking activities. It operates on a 240V, 2600W heating system which turns on when the power is on and sends the energy directly to the plate to ensure it performs constantly. This element is fitted into commercial kitchen appliances that need a circular heating surface and it is mounted into the allocated mounting space.
