The Star Mfg 2N-Y3607 Fryer Heating Element 4130/5500W 208/240V converts electrical energy into heat using internal resistive coils, to keep the cooking oil at certain frying temperatures. The submerged tubular surface conducts thermal energy directly to the liquid medium to enable quick recovery of food immersion. This heating element is installed in the frypot, usually mounted to a swing-up hinge system to allow easy access for cleaning. The incoloy-sheathed construction ensures that carbonized food particles are not accumulated. This two-voltage equipment supports a variety of power sources to deliver the required watts to support high-volume commercial frying.
