The Wells 2R-40315 Thermostat Dial 2-3/8" DIA works with an internal heater that is compatible with the dial to control the heat settings manually. The rotation of the plastic knob changes the mechanism inside the commercial appliance, which can be used to adjust the temperature limits. It has a circular shape and high-contrast temperature markings, and a serrated edge to enhance physical grip. The main base of the mounting makes sure that it fits well on the standard valve assembly to maintain the same level of thermal control in different culinary uses.
