The Wells 60498 Thermostat Dial 2-3/8" DIA is a temperature controller that is operated by rotating the dial to change internal control settings that are linked to the thermostat mechanism. When the dial is rotated, it adjusts the interval of temperature that is selected, which enables the equipment to react to it when it is in operation. This is placed on the front control panel of compatible foodservice equipment where temperature changes require attention. The knob markings are used to show heat settings, which enable the button to be used in a consistent manner during cooking or warming.
