The Star Mfg 2T-46551 KA Thermostat W/Auxiliary Switch 3/16" X 12" Bulb 96" Cap works by sensing temperature changes through the attached bulb, and capillary assembly, transmitting those changes to the thermostat mechanism for control response. An integrated auxiliary switch operates in conjunction with the temperature-sensing operation allowing additional circuit actions based on designated operating conditions. Installed within compatible foodservice equipment, this parts is positioned in the temperature-control system where the sensing bulb extends into the monitored area while the thermostat body interfaces with wiring, control assemblies, and related electrical hardware.
