The Magikitch'N 30-03-00385 Burner W/Air Shutter controls the flow of gas which blends fuel and air before ignition to produce a regulated flame. The aluminized stainless steel body directs the heat uniformly with the ability to maintain uniform combustion throughout the burner ports. The burner is fitted inside the commercial cooker equipment beneath grates or cooking surfaces and at the same level as the gas manifold. This construction has formed ports, a fixed mounting profile, and a manual adjustable shutter mechanism to be used during installation and servicing.
