The Magikitch'N MK35 Burner is a replacement part that is made of stainless steel and can be used in commercial food service equipment. It produces controlled heat by combining gas and air to create a uniform flame which heats the frypot. The burner is installed in the combustion chamber of the fryer to maintain the appropriate temperature of oil during cooking periods.
