The Jade Range 300-186-000 Dial 2" DIA OFF-200-500°F regulates the temperature settings in the appliance by regulating the amount of energy that gets to the heating elements. It has a rotatory mechanism that enables it to select various levels of heat and an off position, which is safe. This dial is fitted on the front control panel and it allows direct access to the settings when it is being operated. Its positioning gives it better visibility and easy contact with the appliance.
