The Delfield 3234617S Hinge is applied to assist in supporting door movement and alignment during commercial cooking appliances. It is attached between the door and the cabinet frame and can be opened and closed under control and held in the same position. The hinge supports weight of the door, and makes sure that it is properly aligned with the gasket in order to create a proper seal when closing. It allows the door to move smoothly and avoids sagging and misalignment that may lead to air leaks during operation.
