The Hobart 351265-1 Warmer Element 1000W converts electrical energy into heat by use of a resistance coil when power is on, increasing the surface temperature to keep food warm. It spreads uniformly along the length of the facility's thermal output in operation. It is fitted in compatible units, which are usually placed under shelves or on the base where the heat needs to be transferred to holding areas.
