Hobart 353589-00001 Temperature Probe is a precision instrument for accurate measurement in different applications. This stainless steel probe has a 1/4" diameter and 4" length, 36" wires, and 1/4" female push-on connectors for use with a variety of devices including models from the Vulcan and Wolf lines such as ECO2D, ECO4D, and SG6D. This probe operates at 100K ohms and is reliable at operating temperatures in the range suitable for both refrigeration and cooking environments.
