The Hobart 355000-1 2-Speed Motor 1/3HP 1725/1140 RPM 5.6/2.2 AMP 115V is an electric drive, with mechanical components at two selectable operating settings. Its main purpose is to change electrical power to rotational power to drive other equipment that is connected. It is powered on single phase and switches between speed settings to vary output torque, and rotation rate. It can be generally fitted into the main drive portion of compatible appliances and fitted with mounting brackets and electrical terminals.
