The Berkel 3675-00070 Slicer Blade Stainless Steel 12 1/2" is designed to rotate within compatible equipment to cut meats, cheeses, and other food products into even slices. It is the main cutting part which spins at a high rate to create even slices as the food is moved along its edge. It is attached to the arbor of the slicer and linked to the drive system to allow the synchronized, rotation of the knife during operation. It can be used with various slicer models to provide a constant slice thickness and, allow for continuous cutting action of the system.
