The Hobart 424135-000G1 U-Shaped Tubular Burner is a gas-fired heating element for use in compatible convection ovens. It works by combining the gas and air in the integrated air shutter before it enters the burner tube for combustion. The flame generated flows through the U-shaped assembly, creating heat, which is spread throughout the oven cavity by the convection system. It is 26" x 7-1/2" and fits in the burner compartment of the oven under the cooking chamber. This is used in conjunction with the ignition and gas control elements to assist in cooking operations in a commercial foodservice system.
