The Hobart 424135-G1 U-Shaped Tubular Burner is designed to generate heat within commercial convection ovens. The air is controlled by the adjustable air shutter and the gas is mixed with the correct amount of air before it reaches the burner for combustion. It generates heat which is circulated by the fan system of the oven to keep the cooking temperature uniform in the cavity. The assembly is mounted in the lower part of the oven's heating chamber and is a heat source in the oven. It works in conjunction with ignition controls, gas valves and airflow systems to aid baking, roasting and other cooking uses.
