The Vulcan Hart 427481-G1 Thermostat FDTO is a temperature control system which specifically serves griddles and ovens. The durable thermostat kit includes a 3/8" x 3-1/2" bulb combined with a 30" capillary which provides precise heat regulation between 100°F to 450°F. The part includes a baffle 20-1/4" x 6-3/4" together with a thermo weld positioner and spring to ensure stable installation. The griddle models 7860TA, H60T45, SG7860TA and oven model G130A can use this thermostat which has been specifically designed for dependable operation. The kit provides both high durability along with simple installation to serve commercial kitchens effectively by controlling temperature precisely while extending equipment operational durability.
