The Garland 4517076 Range Grease Drawer Assembly collects grease and cooking residue that drains from the cooking surface during equipment operation. As grease flows from the griddle or range top through the drain opening, it moves downward into the drawer where it accumulates until removal and cleaning are performed. This assembly is installed in the lower front section of the range beneath the grease drain channel, where it slides into designated rails that support positioning and removal. Its drawer structure forms the collection container used to capture grease produced during cooking activities.
