The Jade Range 460-112-000 Pilot Head 1/4" controls the flow of gases by forcing the fuel through an orifice with a known diameter to create a steady pilot flame. When gas valves are opened, the pilot flame is used to start the main burner. It is attached close to the burner set up in the assigned pilot area. The connection connects with the pilot tubing to be firmly attached. It is designed in such a way that it can form a consistent flame at normal gas pressure. The pilot head is positioned in line with burner ports to provide appropriate ignition.
