The Southbend 4LLP1 Water Level Probe is a sensing component designed to monitor the liquid level in compatible commercial cooking equipment. It has a 1-1/2 inch probe which includes a 3/8 inch MPT thread and undernut, and it determines the water's presence which in turn reports level info to the control system for automatic monitoring. The probe is put in the boiler or water tank which requires continuous water level check. As a part of the water equilibrium control system it also plays a role in maintaining the right water level which in turn supports, consistent and efficient machine performance.
