The Hobart 881981 Water Level Probe is a sensing component designed to monitor the water level in compatible commercial foodservice equipment. It has a 1-1/2 inch probe which includes a 3/8 inch MPT thread and under nut and it determines the presence of water which in turn it reports to the control system for automatic adjustment. The probe is put in the boiler or water reservoir which sees continuous level action during operation. As a part of the water level control system it plays a role in maintaining the right water supply to which in turn supports consistent equipment performance.
