The Allpoints 511115 Coaxial Thermocouple 48" 11/32"-32 is a temperature sensor that measures the temperature change and produces a voltage signal that is sent to the gas control system to regulate the burner operation safely. The thermocouple is installed inside the burner assembly and it operates together with the gas valve to maintain a better ignition and prevent the flow of gas when the pilot flame is not available. The component can be used in restaurants, cafeterias and other commercial kitchens where temperature control is required to be accurate and safe.
