The Henny Penny 55848RB Fryer Control Panel Assembly 290 is used to operate high-temperature cooking cycles with the control of heating elements and internal sensors controlled by an integrated circuitry. This unit works as an operator input to ensure that the temperature of oil and the timed sequence remain the same throughout the frying process. It is installed on the front exterior of the pan cabinet, where the interface is available to manually program and monitor regular status. The module has electrical leads that are connected at the back of the module to align the control board with the primary power supply.
