The Cres Cor 569306BK Swivel Plate Caster W/Brake 5" is used to mount a caster wheel to equipment and offer a braking system to prevent the movement of the wheel when used, and then the caster assembly can be pivoted and rolled, and the integrated brake is used to hold the wheel in position. This mount is attached at the bottom of the equipment, in a way that the caster wheel is on the floor, and the brake is available and has holes that fit into the existing wheel system.
