The Dynamic Cooking Systems 57057-2 Jet Burner Diameter Cast Iron operates by channeling gas through multiple jet ports to produce a strong, evenly distributed flame for cooking. Gas flows into the burner and passes through holes drilled in it and combines with air and burns to produce a steady heat. The 8-inch cast iron body stores and spreads heat effectively throughout the cooking surface. It is installed in a commercial burner system and is used to cook large pots and pans at high temperatures, maintains a consistent heat level, and can be trusted to perform in foodservice conditions.
