The Pitco 60134301 Basket Lift Actuator LH 1" IPS 24 VDC is an electromechanical system that is installed in commercial deep fryers that have an automatic basket lift system. This actuator is a 24-volt direct current, and it regulates the up and down motion of the basket on the left-hand side of the unit. It lifts and drops the basket during cooking cycles at programmed times, and the food components are able to move in and out of the hot oil. It is installed in the lift assembly of the fryer and is used in conjunction with the control system.
