The Pitco 60143501-C Gas Fryer Pump/Motor Assembly 1/3HP 8GPM 115/230V is an efficient way to move the liquid in the system, pulling it out of the reservoir and forcing it through the system to the required outlets. The drive rotates the turbine with a regulated speed enabling to maintain stable flow rates of up to 8 gallons per minute. This is a kit to be installed on the existing commercial cooking appliances or other components, attached to the main tank or reservoir to be connected and used in the system.
