The Pitco PT60143513-C Gas Fryer Pump/Motor Assembly 1/3HP is used to circulate oil in the system at a rate of 8 gallons per minute to allow continuous flow of hot grease in the filtration or transfer process. The electric power is transformed into mechanical motion by the motor, and this drives the internal spout to circulate oil properly through the interconnected lines with the supply of 115/230V. It is mounted on the filtration system of the appliance and is usually mounted in the cabinet or base area where the components of oil circulation are placed.
