The Middleby Marshall 61803 Conveyor Motor DZ33/DZ55 is used to rotate the internal chain of the DZ33 and DZ55 pizza ovens, to move food through the baking areas. It moves the mechanical energy of the motor housing to the drive sprocket, and changes the motion of the electrical motor into a regulated movement of the belt. This part is attached below the oven cavity which is positioned at the same level as the conveyor frame and attached to the belt system through sprocket teeth.
