The Middleby Marshall 62288 Ignition Sensor is an electronic sensing unit that is used to detect burner ignition in the cooking-system. It is attached close to the burner assembly and is used to detect the presence of a flame to ensure that it has been properly ignited during start-up and operation. This sensor is applicable in commercial conveyor ovens to facilitate regulated gas flow and harmless heating periods.
