The Hobart 63551 Top Hopper is made to receive and direct the ingredients to the food processing equipment when it is in use. It allows the loading of products on the top and pushes the contents downwards as the machine operates to facilitate a steady stream of materials. This part is installed at the top part of the unit which is directly above the feed opening. It is built to fit equipment requirements in controlling the input of ingredients when preparing the food. The hopper is linked to the other assemblies to fit into the internal processing mechanisms.
