The Jackson 66851116848 Dishwasher Rinse Temperature Gauge 5/8" U-Clamp 2" Dial operates on the concept of a thermal expansion system in its internal sensing component, converting heat energy to sensed motion. The warmth of water is displayed instantly in a visual readout as the tip is moved on a two-inch circular interface during the sanitation cycle. The hardware is attached to the plumbing of compatible commercial washing equipment with a 5/8" U-clamp screw, with which it is firmly clamped. This mechanical element will enable the thermal conditions in the rinse manifold to be constantly monitored to maintain operational requirements.
