The Bunn 7073.1000 Thermostat Grommet Kit assists in controlling the temperature by insulating the controls on the mounting surfaces and by eliminating vibration and abrasion during use. The connector is a barrier formed between the sensor and the metal or plastic that surrounds the heater. It is installed in the thermostat hole on the beverage equipment control panels or housings. The parts included in the kit are of the right size to fit with the compatible thermostats and panels. The grommet enables the thermostat to be seated, and the thermostat also enables it to expand.
