The Beverage Air 712-012D01 Magnetic Rubber Door Gasket 23-1/8" X 31" and 9/16" MAG has a magnetic strip inside the gasket that pulls the gasket into the cabinet frame when the appliance door is closed. The rubber profile is molded to flex to the surface of the door, restricting air flow between the inside and the outside. It is fitted on the perimeter of the freezer door opening at the junction of the door and the cabinet. The gasket is dimensioned to open and is made to be replaced regularly during maintenance.
