The Hobart 712001-000A2 Burner Cast Iron 13-1/4" X 4-1/4" operates by directing gas to the inside chamber and to the surface ports where it burns. This element controls the fuel flow to ensure the pattern of flame is constant and required to process thermally. The unit is installed in the heating part of the compatible commercial cooking appliances. This part is made of heavy-duty cast iron and is precisely 13-1/4 inches long by 4-1/4 inches wide to fit with fixings in place. Atmospheric design uses venturi force to combine air with incoming gas, then ignition.
