The Hobart 719255-00002 Red Knob with Set Screw is used to operate the burner valve by rotating the valve stem to regulate the supply of gas to the burner. The knob is rotated, and the D-stem clamps the valve shaft. It is attached to the front panel of compatible cooking equipment and in such a way that the flat-down position and the red colour of the control are easily visible. The size and shape of the knob are in accordance with the required stem sizes and will fit and work well during the adjustment of settings.
