The Hobart 770571 Thermostat With Dial 3/16" X 13" 60" D1/D18 uses a sensitive bulb and capillary system to monitor the temperatures of internal equipment and open mechanical contacts when a certain thermal range is achieved. This element controls the movement of electricity to heating components to have stable conditions depending on the manual input of the integrated knob. This is mounted directly into the operator panel of compatible commercial food service appliances, with the long sensing probe going directly into the main heating chamber to detect thermal accurately.
