The Prince Castle 77P Fry Basket is used to hold food as it is dipped in hot oil, where it can be cooked by complete immersion. It has an EZ-Grip handle to make it easy and comfortable to handle when frying. The basket is 13-1/4" X 5-3/4" and will fit into compatible fryers, where it will hold firmly on the basket support of the appliance. It is also easy to drain since it is made of wire mesh and can be lifted and drained easily, and is used to fry foods that need to be exposed to hot oil evenly.
