The Dean 8030170 Fryer Filter Paper is a single-use filtration part that can be used in commercial oil management systems. It works by filtering out food particles, carbon residue, and sediment in hot cooking oil. This filter paper used in deep fryers and foodservice kitchens of restaurants and helps to clean the oil between cooking sessions. It is placed in the filter pan assembly of the fryer system to assist in keeping the oil clear, the heat transfer constant, and the frying performance stable, and to assist in routine maintenance operations.
