The Dean 8060047 Thermostat Indicator Knob 1-3/8" DIA allows one to select the temperature by turning the knob to change the temperature of the associated thermostat. It uses manual rotary motion on the thermostat shaft, moving the indicator to the required level of heat on the control scale. The knob connects to the round shaft of a 1/4-inch size on the front control panel of compatible cooking equipment. which is 1-3/8" in diameter, enabling the operator to set and measure the amount of heat within the daily operation of foodservice equipment.
