The thermostat has a 5/16” x 5” bulb with a 24” capillary for proper temperature control. Compatible with the #22-1006 dial, it has a universal 4-way mount for ease of installation. It is now suitable for measuring oil temperatures in fryers, achieving consistent outcome as well as improving food quality & lengthening tool life.
