The Frymaster 8076321 Pump Motor W/Gasket Kit 1/3HP 425/1725 RPM 208V is used to move fluids through the conversion of electrical energy into rotating power that drives the pump assembly. The motor is used to run the system at two speeds to pump oil around the system with the gasket kit that is used to form a closed interface to keep the flow controlled. It is fitted in the pump housing of the fryer and is directly attached to the circulation assembly under the vat. The unit is intended to be used in commercial kitchen equipment.
