The Frymaster FM826-1756 Pump Motor W/Gasket works by transforming electrical energy into mechanical force that will propel the internal nozzle of the filtration system. This 1/3HP unit circulates the hot cooking oil filter media at 1425-1725 RPM to clear the food particles and debris. The assembly is then fitted to the lower section of the cabinet of the frying unit and is attached directly to the pump housing with the gasket provided to ensure a tight fit. This motor is a 208V motor that is used as the main mechanical driver to keep the level of oil maintained during kitchen operations.
