The Dean 810-2793 Basket Hanger is a wire-style hanger that will not slip during cooking or draining. This is 12-3/4” long with 12-5/16” screw centers and replaces the older aluminum style which is high and more flexible. This hanger can be used with the following fryers Dean, Frymaster, and Garland fryers. Although thumb screws are not included, they are available as an accessory Part #262058. With unique features and highly recommended for commercial kitchen use, this hanger makes it easier to align fryer baskets and prevent mishaps in the kitchen.
