The Frymaster 8100023 Safety Valve controls gas flow by opening when operating pressure is within the specified range and closing when pressure rises above the set limit. It regulate the gas supply to connected equipment and provides a pressure-limiting function within the gas system. The valve is installed in the gas supply line between the gas source and compatible cooking equipment, using 3/4-inch male and female threaded connections. It is designed for applications requiring an 8 PSI pressure setting and proper gas-line integration.
