The Dean 8100157 NAT/LP Pilot Generator Assembly is a gas ignition part that is used in commercial fryer equipment. It is for natural gas and propane and has a 1/4" pilot tube, right flame pattern, and 36" lead wire. It produces the electrical signal for the gas control system, and at the same time, it maintains a stable pilot flame for burner ignition.
