The Frymaster FM810-0156 NAT/LP Pilot Generator Assembly is a gas ignition part for use in commercial fryer equipment. It is natural gas and propane that have a 1/4 inch pilot tube, right flame pattern, and 36-inch lead wire. It produces the electrical signal the gas control system requires, and it maintains a steady pilot flame for the burner to ignite. This assembly is installed in the fryer heating assembly and is also used to check on flame status, support gas valve operation, and maintain even heat performance, ignition and security in burner function.
