The Frymaster 8100382 Infrared Burner Steel 15-1/4" x 8-1/2" is a heating element that is intended to be used in a commercial application system. It produces infrared heat to effectively heat the fryer oil to enable the same cooking temperatures to be maintained throughout the operation. It is designed to fit into the burner assembly and it works to evenly distribute heat, throughout the fryer tank which is key to providing consistent frying results.
