The Dean 826-1244 Element Install Kit FV is for the installation and connection of heating elements. It does this by clamping the element assembly and keeping it in proper electrical and mechanical alignment, while it is in use. This kit is normally installed inside the fryer's heating compartment, with the element assembly installed and connected to the internal system. The components are intended to fit different models and assist with replacing or servicing the elements. The layout is planned to be similar to the specification of a commercial kitchen equipment application using heating systems.
