The APW 8705511 Knob Metal has a 1/4" D-Stem and Set Screw 2-1/2" OD, which rotates to adjust a control shaft to alter settings on compatible equipment. On turning the knob, the D-stem clamps the shaft, and the set screw secures the position, and the control can move as desired. It is attached to the front panel where the control shaft sticks out, and it is in a position that is accessible by the operator to make adjustments. The outer diameter gives a grip surface and matches panel marks to give a clear indication of the positions of setting.
