The Tri-Star 8706320 Metal Knob is used to regulate the amount of heat produced by a charbroiler by controlling the amount of gas flowing to the burners. It works by enabling accurate manual rotation to raise or lower the intensity of the flame to maintain the same performance of cooking. This component has a 1/4-inch shaft connection, and an outside diameter of 2-1/2" and an inner diameter of 0.375", which is designed to securely mount and operate smoothly. It is designed specifically to fit Cookline charbroilers models, making sure that it fits, and can be easily integrated with the control system.
